THE 14-DAY JOURNEY
A guide with gentle movement, a short lesson, and a reflection for each day. Seated and in-bed options are included. Every day has an "if today is too much" option, and skipping a day is fine.

Some days it sits quietly. Some days it's all you can hold.
You may be tired in a place sleep can't reach. Your body may feel like it belongs to someone else. The world keeps moving and expects you to move with it.
You don't move on from losing your child. You carry them with you as you move forward.
This is smaller than a program. It's a page a day, for two weeks.
You get the guide the moment you check out.
Open today's page. Move as much or as little as you can. Read the lesson. Reflect.
Need to stop? Skip a day, a week, whatever you need. Come back and start from where you are.
Five minutes counts as real progress. It's not a lower bar. It's how change actually holds.
I built Fit For Life after losing him. I looked for something that spoke to grief and chronic pain at the same time, and I couldn't find it. So I built it for myself first.
I've been a certified personal trainer since 2013. I taught Silver Sneakers, chair yoga, spin, and dance. After Jason died, I went back to teaching my Silver Sneakers class. Some days I cried through it, and my students carried on right beside me.
I still walk five miles a day with chronic pain. I adapt my movement to my own limits, the same way I taught my students to.
You're not leaving or forgetting them. You carry them with you.
Fourteen days. One page each. Do what you can, skip what you can't, and keep going.
If you're thinking about ending your life, or you want to be with your child, please reach out now. You don't have to carry that alone.
